Welcome to Blue Mind Therapy. I’m Emily, the owner and therapist behind Blue Mind Therapy. I provide virtual EMDR therapy in NYC, and specialize in trauma treatment using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Art Therapy.

Blue Mind is a concept that refers to the calm and peace that humans feel when they are near or in bodies of water. This is a concept that resonates deeply with me personally, and is a feeling I try to help my clients emulate through my therapeutic practice.

  • In addition to one-on-one work, I run therapy groups through partnerships with local community organizations and give talks to raise awareness about mental health. My mission is to support both clients and communities in their journey towards healing and growth.
